Copper struck medal with obverse showing raised central reserve within ornate border, inscribed: "UTAH/EXHIBIT"; surrounding legend: "ALASKA-YUKON PACIFIC EXPOSITION/1909." Reverse bears seal of Utah at center, with surrounding legend: "THE GREAT SEAL OF THE STATE OF UTAH/1896."
