Blue linen Orange Order apron with yellow linen edging and V-shape at the center to; portrait of George Washington in the center, surrounded with laurel leaves and stars, inscription at the bottom; two cotton twill tape ties.

This apron was worn by Matthew Patterson in parades of the Loyal Orange Institution, a Protestant fraternal organization.
