Green blown glass bottle with a cylindrical flared neck, rounded shoulders with a ridge formed with a second gather of glass, octagonal lobed body pattern molded with 16 ribs swirled to the left and then blown into a full-sized dip mold with 8 lobed sides, push-up and pontil mark.
