Description
Wrought and cast silver plate bouquet holder; cone-shaped holder made of four filigree leaveas with filigree flowers between; holder attached to the six-sided handle with filigree leaves and cast flowers; each side of the handle decorated with X's and flowers; three cast foliate cartouches are applied to the base; a ring and pin are attached above the handle with an oval link chain; no maker's marks.

This bouquet holder was given to the donor by her mother, a granddaughter of John McComb, Jr. It was given to her mother by one of her bridesmaids, Flora Payne, who married William C. Whitney. It held her mother's bridal bouquet.
