Rectangular crayon box printed with blue and white ink. Text on front panel reads: "Paul Revere / First Steps in Art / Wax Crayons / Standard Colors / With Black and Brown / Color Mixing Shown by / Window Steps / Milton Bradley / Company / Springfield Massachusetts / Made in U.S.A". Text on back panel reads: "First Steps / Art / Crayons", with listing of "The Standard Colors" and a description for the process of combining colors. Box contains 8 lightly used crayons; each crayon is wrapped in paper, reading "Trade Mark / MB [printed multiple times]".
