Description: 
Set of 91 wooden building block units, mostly flat and rectangular, painted red, white, and blue, with "finger joint" extensions along two narrow edges.
Gallery Label: 
These building blocks resemble "Crandall's Building Blocks" illustrated in Educational Toys in America (See Publications). The blocks were probably given to the Society in this box, marked "H. R. COOPER,/Maker."
