This sign was found discarded on 6th Avenue at 11th Street on Saturday, March 22, 2003 following the large march from Times Square to Washington Square protesting the war in Iraq. A cardboard pole serves as the sign's handle because metal and wood were banned from the march.
Due to ongoing research, information about this object is subject to change.
