Description: 
A wood dowel with a gray cast metal cane top place on it. The cane top is molded in the shape of a man's head, with a mustache, lopsided smile and bowler hat. This very strongly resembles Charlie Chaplin in costume as his famous silent film character the 'Tramp'.
