Description: 
Dark blue wool officer's cape with dark blue velvet double collar (closed, 1 hook and eye); 2 frog closures, one from shoulder to shoulder, the other at the chest; red wool lining.
Gallery Label: 
This cape was worn by George C. Haas (1888-1963) when he served during World War I. He was commanding officer of the 78th Division ("Rainbow Division"), 152nd Field Artillery. The Society also owns other items of his uniforms.
