Bronze struck medal with uniformed bust of Isaac Hull facing left with legend: "PERITOS ARTE SUPERAT JUL.MDCCCXII AUG. CERTAMINE FORTES/ISAACUS HULL." Reverse shows naval battle scene with legend: "HORAE MOMENTO VICTORIA" and inscription in exergue: "INTER CONST.NAV.AMER./ET GUER.ANGL." Light brown square paper case.
