Flat-folding black beaver chapeau bras with two wide bands of ribbon woven with eagles and Napoleonic emblems extending diagonally from base of cock (front), framing a rosette with five pleated tiers and small gilded metal eagle at center, and two loops of braided gold cord; edges of cock and fan bound with gold cloth tape.
