This flag, originally adopted by Russia in 1705, was replaced in 1918 by the Soviet Union flag but re-adopted in 2000 to represent the Russian Federation after the collapse of the Soviet Union in early 1990's. Printed "Nebo Cigarettes" at the bottom edge. One of a series of world flags. Given as collectible premiums by cigarette manufacturers.
