Description: 
Clockwork toy with two black dancing figures mounted on varnished wooden box with decal representing bust of a woman pasted on front; figures have composition heads and carved wooden bodies jointed at shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles; both figures wear skirts made of satin and lace, and one has a lace cap; vertical metal rods between legs connect figures to clockwork mechanism inside box.
