Columbia Shuttle memorial.

After acquiring a number of antique canes depicting iconic transportation methods, Vancouver yacht maker and cane carver Ivan Wilson was asked to create a cane commemorating the Columbia Space Shuttle, which was destroyed on a manned mission in 2003. The top of the cane is a globe with a ribbon around it and 5 five-pointed stars representing the five lost American astronauts and one six-pointed star representing the lost Israeli astronaut. The shuttle is engraved into the shaft of the cane.
