Bronze struck medal with obverse depicting nude male bust facing right with legend: "DANIEL WEBSTER." Reverse bears commemorative column at center, surmounted by globe, with inscription at the base: "I STILL LIVE"; buildings in backgroun on either side; legend around field: "LIBERTY AND UNION, NOW AND FOREVER, ONE AND INSEPARABLE"; all surrounded by laurel wreath with shield at the bow point. Medal is inset into square black fitted leather case with red silk velvet interior.
