Summer dress helmet with white felt-covered cork crown with peaks in front and back, both angled downward; gilded metal button at lower edge on either side, with crossed cannon in relief and hooks suspended below; one hook with shield-shaped mount attached rear center; brass spike screw-mounted top center; missing front insignia plate, braided cords, and chin strap.
