White and a portait of President Paul Kruger; box cover inscribed, "FIGHTING / with/ the/ BOERS/ PARKER BROTHERS/ SALEM, MASS.,/ U. S. A.;" seven red wooden playing pieces and seven white wooden playing pieces.
