Reverse depicts tree at center with the bank's logo above, bearing legend: "FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK/NEW YORK"; band running through tree trunk is inscribed: "150 YEARS OF SERVICE"; legend around border: ". FAMILY . CULTURE . COMMERCE . TRANSPORTATION . INDUSTRY . AGRICULTURE . " Medal is inset into square cream-colored cardboard box; outer box is of cardboard, with postage label attached.
