Columbia high wheel bicycle with iron frame; large front wheel with metal frame and spokes and hollow hard rubber tire; smaller wheel lacks tire; hand brake on right side only; leather-covered wood seat and wood handles; front wheel supported by iron stand.

This Columbia high wheel bicycle was ridden about 10,000 by the donor, from Connecticut to Buffalo, New York, through Canada, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Long Island, the Berkshires, and the White Mountains (see letter from donor dated November 4, 1926 in object file).
