Reverse shows the seal of New York within ornate shield at center, surmounted by eagle and flanked by figures of Native America, at left, and European settler, at right; legend: "ST.NICHOLAS . SOCIETY . FOUNDED . FEB.28.1885."; inscription in exergue: "NEW YORK CITY/1903."
