Description 
Two natural spun and woven linen napkins with a checkerboard pattern and striped border; initials, "7/ E E" over an arrow embroidered in blue thread at top center.

Gallery Label 
These two napkins were made from flax spun by the donor's grandmother, Elizabeth Evans Reynolds about 1816. They were not woven by her. Elizabeth Evans was born in December of 1789.
