Description 
Handwoven and embroidered wool paisley shawl with blue twill weave ground, embroidered in multiple colors and stitches throughout in overall hues of deep purple and red, set off by yellow, green and blue; blue center with characters or symbols embroidered to one side, the blue is in a sunburst design with a disc of plant, root and boteh design radiating out around it, root and boteh pattern extend to the four corners making the disc resemble a flower overall, the outer border has an arabesque motif and there is a row of characters or symbols at one corner; shallow fringe on all four sides.
