Description: 
Set of wooden gameboards in the form of a low hinged wooden box with square top and bottom; on the outside are a recessed checkerboard and board for Nine Men's Morris, and on the inside is a backgammon board; box is painted in orange, red, yellow, black, and white.

According to accession records, this game board set was used by Sydney H. Carney, Sr., the donor's father, in Lowell, Massachusetts in 1845.
