Carved horn powder horn (cover end missing) with wooden stopper and plaited red cotton strap with a tassel at the stopper end; horn incised with images of animals, ships, a chapel, soldier, crown, buildings, arrow; also masonic symbols of pillars, compass and square, sun.

According to powder horn collector C. Stanley Jacob, this powder horn was most likely made by a sailor, based on the image of the anchor and the variety of other images.
