Badge composed of pin-back bar labeled "COMMITTEE" from which is suspended a length of red, white and blue ribbon with central rosette; at center of rosette is photograph of group of eight men in business attire; fringed tassel hangs from rosette; tails of ribbon printed in gold: "CENTRAL TRADES & / LABOR ASSEMBLY" and "LABOR DAY / LONG BRANCH SEPT. 5, 1910"
