Description 
Mahogany desk with attic with gallery decorated with applied panels centering a carved rosette; cylinder top rolls back to reveal interior with central cupboard flanked by four pigeon holes above two drawers on each side, with cupboard and drawer fronts and pigeon hole spandrels decorated with figured wood veneer; writing surface, which slides forward, has an additional tier of five drawers in back, is lined with green textile, and has molded and indented front edge; shaped apron below with two-door cupboard with shelves located behind kneehole; pedestals with molded rectangular panels on inner and outer sides, one with four drawers and one with a single drawer above a cupboard door, also with molded panel; drawers and top with carved wooden handles with shell and scroll motif; pedestal bases indented in front.
