Description: 
Wrought silver snuff box; chamfered rectangular body with straight sides engraved with linked circles; hinged cover and applied base raised and scalloped; serrated flange at the front of the cover; top and base engraved with scroll and geometric designs; cover engraved, "John Adriance./ from G Morris,/ as a token of/ confidence and regard" in script in the center; base engraved with two flowers in the center; gilt interior; maker's marks on the bezel.
