Description: 
Dark blue wool officer's double-breasted tailcoat with double collar and lapels; fabric loops at the shoulders for epaulettes; 3 buttons down each side at the front; closed sleeves (no cuffs), 4 bands of gilt lacing around each wrist with a star above; 4 panels across the back of the bodice, 2 buttons near the center at the waistline, a button at the bottom of each tail; buttons cast with an eagle perched on an anchor above 3 cannon balls; lined with black silk.
