Description: 
Spun and cast electroplated silver teapot; bulbous round body on a molded stepped foot joined to the body by a gadrooned pedestal; originally had an applied gadrooned band around the foot ring; body flares to a concave shoulder with a floral band around the base and a convex band below the vertically applied reeded rim; hinged lid, flat at the edges and raised in the center to a low dome; cast floral finial; cast spout, in two vertically halves, with scrolled acanthus decoration on the front and back of the base and an acanthus pendant at the lip; cast s-scroll handle with an acanthus leaf thumbpiece; no maker's marks.
