Olive drab wool serge trousers; 4 button fly with a tab that extends to the left which fastens to a button on the inside of the waist; 7 belt loops around the top; horizontal slit watch pocket to the right of the fly, diagonal slit pockets on both sides of the front, 2 horizontal slit rear pockets, left pocket buttons closed; 7 buttons around the inside of the waist, waist and pockets lined with white cotton.
