This view looks southward from the head of Cromwell's Creek across the Harlem River to Mount Morris on Manhattan Island in the distance. Cromwell's Creek and the adjacent marshes have been completely obliterated and the ground is now covered by Macomb's Dam Park (John Mullaly Park), north of Yankee Stadium. The Cromwell Farmhouse is seen at the left.
