Gordon, Manufacturer of Hosiery Boards. Bristol, N.H./ Showing grade of lumber and finish used in the manufacture of hosiery boards. Please note the uniform thickness and perfect finish of sides and edges. The uniform thickness giving proper results in pressing. This board is of rock maple, from central New Hampshire; the best timber grown for this purpose...".
