Description: 
Cylindrical, black painted sheet metal container with slightly domed lid holding a quanity of small, circular orange wax wafers and one small, circular brass seal with diamond-gridded surface; bottom of container lined with circular piece of gray felt, and inside walls lined with a strip of red woolen fabric.
