Description 
Bronze struck medal with obverse showing allegorical figure of Columbia holding a cornucopia; putti holding tablet labeled "INDUSTRY" at her feet; exposition building in background at left; legend: "ATLANTA-GEORGIA/U.S.A." Reverse bears inscription within central space, with raised tablet for recipient's name, flanked by branches and surmounted by eagle: "COTTON STATES/AND INTERNATIONAL/EXPOSITION/AWARDED TO/Marks Arnheim & Co./ATLANTA/GEORGIA/U.S.A./MDCCCXCV." Dark blue round cardboard case.
