Vertical rectangular paper sample card of designs embroidered in white silk floss onto various colors of silk swatches, with pointed sloping top and straight sides and bottom, reverse covered in blue silk; stock number and company identification framed across top, three rows of designs, each swatch numbered and each row with printed floral motif border.
