Vertical rectangular paper sample card of designs embroidered in various colors of silk floss onto various colors of silk swatches, with pointed sloping top and straight sides and bottom, reverse covered in blue silk; stock number framed across top, five rows of designs, each swatch numbered and each row with printed floral motif border.
