Triangular red wool U.S. Regimental flag of the 5th Army Corps Artillery Brigade with crossed white cannons and and a blue St. Andrews Cross imposed over them in the center of the field; linen hoist with a bast cord strung through.

This Regimental flag belonged to Lt. Fordham Morris (1842-1909) of the 5th Army Corps Artillery Brigade in the Civil War. Lt. Morris was the donor's father.
