Cream silk satin ribbon imprinted in black; depicts urn on pedestal surrrounded by military attributes; insription below: "SACRED/TO THE MEMORY OF/THE VENERABLE SOLDIER,/PATRIOT & STATESMAN,/GENERAL/ANDREW JACKSON,/WHO DEPARTED THIS LIFE/On Sunday, June 8th, 1845,/AGED 78 YEARS./HIS PROUDEST EPITAPH/The prosperity of his Country."
