Red silk ribbon suspended from rectangular brass pin-back badge stamped with "COMMITTEEMAN"; ribon printed with gold lettering: "44TH ANNUAL/CONVENTION/HUDSON VALLEY/VOLUNTEER/FIREMEN'S/ASSOCIATION/YONKERS, NY/JUNE 20-22, 1933; at bottom of ribbon is seal with profile inside and "CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF YONKERS" along border.
