Navy silk ribbon and brass badge suspended from brass pin; badge has seal inside circle, with eagle perched on trumpets atop it; "SEAL OF HEMPSTEAD 1645" in seal border; "20TH ANNUAL CONVENTION" in banner at bottom; "DELEGATE/1915" on pin, which has fire engine in center.
