White silk ribbon badge with five top loops fanning out from center circular badge with color image on coated paper of firefighter carrying baby down ladder surrounded by twisted metal frame and crowned with wire trimming in three loops; metal tassle attached at bottom of central badge; bottom ribbon tails printed in gold "PROTECTION/ Engine Co. No. 2" and "FLOOR/ COMMITTEE" in elaborate script.
