Sale stamp: on reverse of canvas: DURAND / SALE / 1887. Durand Salte (Ortgies), 1887, no. 320, Shandanken, Ulster Co., N.Y. (16 x 20 3/4 inches [face size[). The auction number "320," in chalk, is on the stretcher.
