Description 
Deep amethyst pressed lead glass cup plate; circular form with rope edge; in well, star with eight sharp points, slightly separate from center point, on stippled ground, with curlicues and raised dots at edge of well; on interior rim, alternating pattern of diamonds and floral motifs, on stippled ground (Lee-Rose 127).
