Description
Horizontal rectangular mourning embroidery in shades of gold and green silk floss and chenille on silk ground; a female figure leans against a memorial next to a willow tree, the sky, mountains, and the head, arms and shawl of the figure are painted, the inscription on the memorial is printed on paper which is stitched to the silk ground; satin and couching stitches.
