Oval bronze struck medal with obverse showing clothed bust of Grover Cleveland facing right with legend: "GROVER CLEVELAND PRESIDENT/U.S.A. 1885." Reverse depicts settler and Native American in front of log cabin and farm scene; wreath encircling crossed peace pipe and tomahawk below exergual line; inscription: "PEACE" above scene.
