Copper-engraved silk kerchief with a facimile of the Declaration of Independence, with portraits of Washington, Jefferson, and Adams and the seals of the original 13 states; spread eagles in the lower cornersand garlanded stars in the upper; laurel garland border; black ink printed on a yellow ground.
