Colorless glass (with a gray cast) pinch bottle; probably blown in a dip mold; cylindrical neck with rounded lip, rounded shoulders, square body with second gather of glass pinched in center to create a roughly hourglass shape with five tubes (one at center and at each corner) running from upper well to lower well, square base with rounded corners with slight push-up and pontil mark.
