Description
Olive green, non-lead, blown glass case bottle; bottle blown into four-sided dip mold and has a flanged lip, short cylindrical neck, rounded shoulders, tapered flat sides, and a flat base with rounded corners and a shallow concave push-up with a square pontil mark.

According to the accession records, this bottle was found on the Cruces Trail in Panama by the donor, and is thought to have been used by pioneers on their way to California in 1848.
