Description 
Faint amethyst pressed lead glass cup plate; circular form with scalloped edge; in well, two heads (of a man and a woman) facing each other, one wearing frilly cap and collar, the other wearing cap and high collar, with hair detailed, surrounded by inscription along edge of well; vine with leaves and flowers (roses, lilies) running along interior rim (Lee-Rose 697).
