Colorless cut lead glass decanter; cylindrical neck with flange lip; bell-shaped body; neck cut with eight sides and separated from budy with thick, applied ring; sloping shoulders; fifteen panels with straight top and curved bottom cut in top of body and fifteen arch-shaped panels around base.
